Background & Experience

Angie MacDonald is an experienced Commercial Real Estate Broker with NAI Commercial (Langley) Ltd., where she has been serving clients since 2009. With a real estate career dating back to 1986, Angie brings decades of experience, practical market knowledge, and a client-focused approach to every transaction.

Specializing in commercial sales, leasing, and investment properties, Angie works closely with property owners, investors, landlords and tenants throughout Langley and the Fraser Valley. Angie values honesty, strong relationships, and always putting the needs of her clients first. She takes the time to understand each client’s objectives and provides straightforward, knowledgeable advice to help them make informed real estate decisions.

In addition to her Trading Services Licence, Angie also holds licences in Strata Property Management and Rental Property Management, giving her a broad understanding of real estate ownership, leasing and property management. Her background in Business Administration and Legal Studies, together with previous experience working in a legal environment, provides an additional perspective when dealing with contracts, documentation and complex transactions.

Angie partners with fellow Commercial Realtor Gary Niesner as part of the Valley Commercial Team. Their collaborative approach combines extensive experience and local market knowledge while providing clients with consistent, responsive service throughout every stage of a transaction.

A former member of the Commercial Executive for the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board’s Commercial Division, Angie continues to be actively involved in the commercial real estate industry and is committed to providing professional, approachable and results-oriented service.
